We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Kits and systems

Large electric mat kits, water kits, manifolds and the whole-house system ship on a pallet or in large boxes. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings it to the nearest accessible door. Plan for a qualified electrician for electric systems and a competent heating installer for water systems — both the electrical connection and the plumbing must be done and tested by the right trade. Sensors, clips, edge strip and thermostats ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
