Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell underfloor heating — electric heating mats for small and large rooms, water underfloor systems from a single-room kit to a whole-house system and a manifold, with the smart and programmable thermostats, floor sensors, clips and edge insulation to go with them. The area, the system and the electrical and plumbing installation needs are stated on each listing for indoor domestic use.

Electrical, plumbing & floor safety

Underfloor heating is built into the floor and must be installed to the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable building and electrical rules. An electric mat or cable is a mains circuit: it must be connected by a qualified electrician on an RCD-protected supply, used with its floor sensor and thermostat, never cut, shortened or crossed over itself, and tested for insulation before and after the floor is laid. A water system must be pressure-tested and connected by a competent installer at the correct flow temperature. Let adhesives and screed cure fully before switching the heating on, and follow your floor covering's temperature limit. CE marked where applicable.
